Gallery 54 is a venue for Central New York artists to showcase and sell unique, inspired, and timeless art in a diversity of mediums in an atmosphere of mutual support and cooperation.
The Gallery was given in trust to the Skaneateles Library Association for the Skaneateles Community with a restriction that only Barrow paintings are to be exhibited. Art critics have written of the "exquisite effects of light and shade" and "the careful study of nature" in Barrow's paintings.
Skaneateles Artisans Gallery Under the Old Stone Mill is owned and operated by artist entrepreneur Teresa Vitale, a painter of fine finishes & more.
